The Eta Palace, Molyko Buea was jammed to capacity on Saturday, August 24th, 2013 as guests turned out for the red carpet premiere of Cameroonian film University Girls, produced and directed by US based Mina Christine.
High profile guests at the heavily attended premiere organised by Ayuk Ojage included amongst others; Nchifor Valery Epule Jeffery, Adolf Moh and S. Emande.
Also present were film directors and producers including Agbor Gilbert, Ebot, Niba Lawrence, Enow JohnScott and Penjo Baba.
University Girls stars Adela Elad, Sharon Dione, Cordy Williams, Adolf Moh, Valery Wajiji among others. The film depicts money hungry university girls who are easily lured into prostitution and encounter a lot of problems as a result.
It is very easy to see replicas of some of the girls depicted in the movie around university campuses in Cameroon.
The New York based producer and Director Mina Christine is in a way, warning university campus girls across Cameroon to be content with the little they have because trying to get money by any means possible can only lead to trouble for them.
