IH-A is a Pan African news/features/documentary news service from and about Africa.
Created by committed Africans in 2012, IH-A aims to source, protect and preserve the rich culture, arts and craft and anything that tells the African story. We do this through the use of videos, audio and texts. IH-A also runs a news service that tells the strange, the bizarre, the unique and the other African stories nobody else is telling.
How Long has IH-A existed?
IH-A was created in December 2012 by a group of journalists, a lecturer and a human rights campaigner. We intend to showcase the authentive African voice in Africa and the diaspora.
What makes IH-A Unique?
IH-A aims to tell the African story that traditional media organizations do not think is important but is the backbone of what Africa is and what being African should be.
Who will benefit from the creation of IH-A?
All Africans and all friends of Africa. We aim to provide a necessary service to
universities, news organizations and anybody/people interested in preserving the rich
cultural heritage across mother Africa.
